This top floor 50 m², 1-bedroom apartment available to rent in the Sants district, not only comes with a terrace but has beautiful city views as well as views of Barcelona's mountain range. The apartment receives plenty of natural light and has natural wood features from the wood flooring to the furniture detailing. The fully-equipped kitchen comes with a breakfast bar that looks into the living room/dining area.

The apartment is located in the Sants district, south-west of Barcelona city center, but very well-connected. You have 2 metro stops and a train station within a 10-minute walk, as well as easy access to the C-31 highway. On Rambla de Badal, you are a short walk from several parks and plazas, as well as commercial area where you can find banks, gas stations, and grocery stores.
