This very large 1-bedroom apartment is available to rent on Carrer de la Diputació in L'Equerra de l'Eixample. The whole apartment is beautifully designed, in a super contemporary and tasteful style. There is a great feeling of space and openness, and best of all, a huge private terrace, which is about 30 m²! Throughout the apartment are modern fittings, and cool gadgets like the automated blinds.
The location is super central, just a 5-minute walk from Plaça de Catalunya. Once there, you are in the city centre, surrounded by the historic city, of narrow winding streets, museums, bars, restaurants and myriad shops. Barcelona's famous La Rambla also begins here. Next to the apartment you have a Veritas grocery store, and there are plenty of other useful amenities within just a couple of minutes of the apartment.
What we liked the most
- There's a saying in English: "no room to swing a cat". It means a place is small. Here, there's room to swing a giraffe!
- Gorgeous, modern appliances. Ultra-modern kitchen. 50" flat-screen TV.
- What a terrace!
- The whole of the city centre and everything it has to offer is within walking distance.
