The 70 m², 1-bedroom apartment available to rent is located in a modern apartment complex which provides tenants access to a rooftop community terrace, pool and gym. On the 6th floor, the living room has colorful and stylish furnishings and a wall covered in windows. The bedroom is bright and spacious with an ensuite bathroom. There is also a bright red kitchen equipped with modern amenities.
On Avinguda del Portal de l'Àngel, you are in the heart of the Barri Gòtic that provides history, architectures, and ambiance. You are minutes away from the lively Plaça de Catalunya and well-connected by metro. Shopaholics beware. Every day you'll be tempted to stop by your neighbors – Mango, Footlocker, Zara.
