This elegant and modern 1-bedroom apartment, which is 70 m ² in size, is available to rent on Carrer de Muntaner in a relaxed and chic part of town. The living and bedroom area is in an open-plan room with a separator between them, with gorgeous wooden beams on the ceiling that give the room a lot of character. The kitchen comes fully equipped and offers plenty of space to cook, there is also a comfortable dining table where you can enjoy your meals.

The property is centrally located and you will find everything you need on the nearby streets. You can easily visit different areas of Barcelona with a metro stop close by.

What we liked the most

  • This apartment is move-in ready with modern and stylish decor.
  • There is AC to keep you nice and cool.
  • You can access the balcony from the bedroom.
  • We love the dark hardwood floors!
  • Do laundry quickly with both a washing machine and dryer.
