The 110 m ² property, which has been recently renovated, has a large living room, where you will find a balcony, a sofa, and a TV. Through the living room is the dining room, which has a sizable dining table for meals with family, roommates, or friends. The modern kitchen has everything you might need, including a large fridge-freezer, an oven, a microwave, and a dishwasher. There are 2 bathrooms in the apartment, both of which have large, walk-in showers. A washing machine and a dryer are also available for you to use on the property.

The Barri Gòtic is one of Barcelona's most ancient, central neighborhoods. Full of unique shops, delicious restaurants, bars, and cafes, the Barri Gòtic is also a short distance from Barcelona's beach, La Barceloneta.
