This beautiful, 87 m ², 2-bedroom apartment is available tor rent on Avinguda Diagonal in a relaxing area close to the beach. This air conditioned apartment has the perfect spaces both for relaxing in the sun or escaping the heat, with a spacious living room with plenty of seating through which you access the large balcony. The kitchen comes fully equipped and the bedrooms are bright and sunny, one of which even has an en-suite bathroom.

Living in Sant Marti you will have the best of two worlds as you have both endless sandy beaches and towering skyscrapers around the corner. The streets outside are home to a variety of different shops and there are many charming local markets close by.

What we liked the most

  • This newly renovated apartment is very modern and has gorgeous wooden floors throughout.
  • The balcony is large and has a nice table and chairs where you can enjoy the warm Barcelona sun.
  • Both bedrooms have a lot of storage space.
  • The apartment has both a washing machine and a dryer, convenient.
  • You will have access to a swimming pool.
