This 3rd floor, 1-bedroom apartment available to rent is not just in the Barri Gòtic –it is located on Barcelona's world-famous Las Ramblas. On a corner, the 47 m² apartment has views of the bustling street with floor-to-ceiling windows that also keep it constantly filled with natural light. In a historic building, you have tile flooring, high ceilings, and beautiful wooden beams. There is a fully equipped kitchen corner, a bedroom with a small balcony, and 1 full bathroom.

You don't get much more central than this! The apartment is located at the start of the world-famous Las Ramblas – a pedestrian-friendly boulevard lined with shops, terrace bars, and street performers. To live here means there will always be something to do and just stepping outside your door could be a new adventure. Although you have amazing sights and great day-to-day amenities within walking distance, you are also well-connected by trains and metro with the Catalunya station just 1 minute away.

What we liked the most

  • There are 2 balconies and lots of windows – providing constant sunlight and fresh air.
  • The windows are double glazed blocking out the street noise.
  • The bedrooms is spacious and has a wardrobe.
  • You are a few minutes away from the famous La Boqueria market – buy fresh products and immerse yourself in the smells and flavors of Barcelona.
