This stylish and bright 1-bedroom apartment, which has AC, is available to rent on Carrer de Jaume Giralt. Living here you will have a beautiful and sunny balcony which can be accessed through both the living room and bedroom. The kitchen/living area is spacious and has a couch, TV and a dining table large enough for 6 people to share a meal. The bedroom has a comfy double bed and a big closet to store your clothes.

El Born is a trendy and central area where you can enjoy the beautiful Ciutadella park and lots of nice plaças. There are plenty of shops and restaurants in the streets around the apartment and the metro is only a short walk away.
