This modern 2-bedroom apartment on Carrer de Puerto Príncipe, El Guinardó, is 55 m² and opens out onto a balcony. The property has an open plan kitchen and living area, 1 bathroom, AC, and also enjoys the added bonus of having access to a pool within the apartment building.
El Guinardó is a tranquil area that is home to the Hospital de Sant Pau, Parc del Guinardó, shops and restaurants. You will find a supermarket nearby, and there is also a metro station a short walk away.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is exquisitely decorated.
- The balcony has 2 chairs to sit back and enjoy the views.
- There is a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.
- The kitchen is modern and fully equipped.
- Mercat de Felip II is located nearby, making it easy to stock up on fresh produce.
