This 65 m², 3-bedroom apartment available to rent in the La Sagrera area is ideal for up to 6 tenants. The apartment has an elegant touch with with dark hardwood flooring and high ceilings. There are 2 small balconies that allow the living room and bedroom 1 to stay bright and fresh. All the bedrooms area well-decorated, furnished with a double bed, and overlook the street below. The property is full of character and quite colorful with celebrity and city themed decor.

La Sagrera is located slightly outside the city center providing a more residential and greener environment. On Carrer d'Espronceda you are very well-connected with access to several metro lines, buses, and even a train station. Right outside your door you can find basic amenities such as grocery stores, shops, and banks. Be sure to check out the nearby parks and Espronceda Center for Art & Culture.

What we liked the most

  • The windows are double glazed to keep out the street noise.
  • The small balconies let in plenty of sun and allow you to step out and get some fresh air.
  • Bedroom 2 has a huge wardrobe and a sofa bed.
  • Laundry days will be quick and easy with a washing machine and a dryer.
  • You are very well-connected with 4 metro lines nearby and the La Sagrera train station.

Things to keep in mind

  • The living room does not have a couch, but has a large dining table.
  • You must pass through bedroom 2 to access bedroom 3.
  • The dishwasher is not set up at the moment.
