This brand-new 2-bedroom apartment has just been finished. Not only do you get all new, modern furniture, but you'll also be living in the swanky Sarrià-Sant Gervasi district. The apartment has a lovely, fresh feel to it with beautiful furniture including a comfortable sofa and wooden dining table in the living room. The kitchen is well-equipped with a built-in oven, microwave and hob for all your cooking requirements. Both bedrooms have plenty of storage. This apartment overlooks the interior patio and a side street so you don't get the noise from the main Ronda del General Mitre. This is a stunning apartment in one of the top areas in Barcelona.

It's a lovely, lofty neighbourhood with several parks including El Parc del Turo del Putxet where you can enjoy far-reaching views of Barcelona plus it only takes about 25 minutes to walk to Gaudi's famous fantasy park, Parc Guell. In less than 20 minutes, you can walk to the Universitat Ramon Llull and La Salle Campus Barcelona. The street where you'll live has plenty of shops, bars, restaurants and takeaways, so you'll want for nothing when you move here.

How to book
