Stunning brand-new 2-bedroom apartment is available in the luxurious Sarrià-Sant Gervasi on the famous Ronda del General Mitre. The living room is very bright with a comfortable sofa for relaxing after exploring Barcelona's many landmarks. The open-plan kitchen has all you need to cook meals with a new built-in oven, microwave, induction hob and even a dishwasher, so that's one less chore to worry about! Both beds have storage underneath, which is a lovely bonus and have interior patio views. The living room looks out on to a side street so you don't get the noise from the main Ronda. This is a beautiful, fresh apartment with all new appliances, including central AC and heating plus wi-fi.

It's a lovely, lofty neighbourhood with several parks including El Parc del Turo del Putxet where you can enjoy far-reaching views of Barcelona plus it only takes about 25 minutes to walk to Gaudi's famous fantasy park, Parc Guell. In less than 20 minutes, you can walk to the Universitat Ramon Llull and La Salle Campus Barcelona. The street where you'll live has plenty of shops, bars, restaurants and takeaways, so you'll want for nothing when you move here.

What we liked the most

  • Everything is brand-new and modern.
  • There are strings outside the bedroom windows for drying clothes.
  • The washing machine is hidden in a cupboard which means less noise.

Things to keep in mind

  • The kitchen isn't equipped with pots or plates - which is a great excuse to go shopping for kitchenware to suit your new home!

How to book
