This 3-bedroom apartment is large and comfortable. The living room area has a sofa, television, dining table, and provides access to the balcony. From the balcony, you have a lovely view of the surrounding area, and can relax at the table and chairs and enjoy your meals or morning coffee. You'll also like the quaint cage-style elevator in this classic building.

The neighbourhood of this apartment has plenty of amenities. It is close to the beach and the city centre. There is a grocery store directly across the street, as well as several tapas bars and restaurants in the surrounding area for you to choose from. You can even go for a fun evening of entertainment and suspense at the room escape amusement centre, which is just across the street from this apartment!
