Spotahome's opinion

Whilst the interior of this apartment is immaculate, the most outstanding feature is the enormous terrace with decking. There's enough room for sunbeds, a large table for alfresco dining or a BBQ for your family or friends. It's a beautiful and rare find for central Barcelona to have this much private outdoor space. Inside, there's a lovely living room with flat-screen TV and large patio doors leading out to the terrace. There's also a gorgeous stainless steel kitchen for those days when you can't cook outside. Throughout, the apartment is super modern including a large walk-in rain shower in the bathroom.

The location is idyllic too as you are 10 minutes from the historic Placa d'Espanya central plaza where you can visit Las Arenas shopping centre built in the former bullring with far-reaching city views from the top floor. You're also just 5 minutes from the Parque de Joan Miro to see his sculptures. The apartment is surrounded by restaurants and shops including Mercadona supermarket with fabulous public transport links as the Barcelona Sants main railway and metro station are 5 minutes away.

What we liked the most

  • That amazing terrace space is perfect for entertaining or a relaxing read.
  • The kitchen looks very modern with all you need for cooking meals together.
