This stylish and modern apartment has 3 bedrooms, 1 shared bathroom and a lovely balcony with a nice street view. The fully equipped kitchen is very spacious with an induction cooking surface, microwave oven, fridge and classy black marble counter tops. The living room, with its bold colors and sleek furnishings, also has a nice flat screen TV, a comfortable sofa and a cute table and chairs where you can enjoy nice homemade meals or a relaxing brunch on the weekends.

The neighborhood of L'Esquerra de l'Eixample is to the west of the city center but it is still well-connected and a lively area on its own. Many services, amenities and transport connections are nearby the property including a shopping center off of Gran Vía de les Corts Catalanes and also Plaça de Espanya, with direct bus service to the airport. If you are a student or a young professional, this would be the perfect neighborhood for you with its youthful vibe and close proximity to the local universities and great transport options.
