This is a stylish and modern 3-bedroom apartment to rent in the uber-fashionable L'Esquerra de l'Eixample district. This apartment is designed in cool browns and whites to create a calming atmosphere. The L-shaped living room and kitchen is designed so you can socialise or watch TV while you cook using the oven or microwave. The living area has a large, comfortable sofa next to the window where light streams through. Throughout, the apartment looks modern and well-designed particularly in the two bathrooms with showers and metallic towel rails.

The apartment is in a super district with parks, museums, shops, bars and the university close to hand. It's an 8-minute walk down the road to the Parque de Joan Miro to see his sculptures or 14 minutes to the iconic Placa d'Espanya historic, picturesque plaza and bullring which has been turned into a smart shopping centre with restaurants and panoramic city views. The streets by the apartment are filled with bars and shops while the discount Lidl supermarket is just 10 minutes away.
