This modern 1-bedroom apartment is well-designed, with an open living space and galley kitchen. There is a double bed and spacious wardrobe in the bedroom and the 60 square meter space features lovely hardwood floors. The highlight is the outdoor balcony space with views of the street below, the perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine in the evenings.

Located in the neighbourhood of Barri Gòtic, the apartment is just minutes from Barcelona's coast line and beach. There are numerous restaurants, bars and cafes along the streets, and a supermarket located adjacent to the building. Cal'Fusta is a well-reviewed bistro located just 2 minutes away. Additionally, the location is well-connected to Barcelona's public transit system.
