This 2-bedroom apartment to rent on a 4th floor (with elevator) on Carrer d'Obradors is ideal if you love being in the center of the action. The building was recently renovated, but the apartment retains charming original elements like the exposed brick walls and the wood beam ceiling. The open-concept living, dining and kitchen area is super spacious. There is a large comfortable sofa-bed, a flat-screen TV, a 6-seat dining table, and large, as well as small modern appliances, including a washing machine. The spacious bathroom has a shower, and while one of the bedrooms has 2 single beds, they can be pushed together to make a large double bed.

Barri Gòtic, also known as the Gothic Quarter is your new neighborhood. If you love great tapas bars, relaxing jazz clubs, terrific restaurants, theaters and night clubs, then you’ll feel right at home. This area of town is always hopping with locals and tourists. La Rambla is just a few minutes away, and you can do your shopping at the famous La Boqueria market just a 10-minute walk up this popular promenade. The waterfront is only several minutes away too, and with a 15-minute walk you can shop at the large Maremagnum shopping mall located there.
