Spotahome's opinion

The fantastic terrace adds the wow-factor to this stylish apartment. It's a lovely, large terrace with artificial grass and a dining table with chairs for eating outside while soaking up the views over the Sant Andreu neighbourhood. The door from the terrace allows loads of natural light to pour into the living room, which also has a sofa bed so that friends can stay over. The apartment itself is very modern with light walls, wooden floors, fully-equipped kitchen and a separate laundry room.

As well as being an awesome apartment, it also ticks all the right boxes when it comes to the location. It's about a 5-minute walk to Sant Andreu metro station to take you into the city centre within 20 minutes. On the doorstep there are plenty of shops, bars and restaurants while the famous Sant Andreu market is a 9-minute walk where you can stock up with fresh, local produce. Just along the street is a gorgeous bakery selling many types of breads and snacks as well as a supermarket stacked with household products and food. You'll want for nothing when you move in here!

What we liked the most

  • There is so much space for dining out or entertaining on the terrace.
  • The terrace is a lovely suntrap and suitable for smokers.
  • You can bring your pets with you for company!
