With a 78 m² footprint, this apartment includes a modern, well-appointed kitchen with an oven and microwave, as well as a 4-burner stove and full-sized refrigerator. The living room is similarly well-equipped, and is a great space to relax with your flatmates.

The closest supermarket is just a 5-minute walk away, and there are a lot of great restaurants within walking distance as well. There is a cinema close by, as well as the Spain Industrial Park. A little further away is Camp Nou, the famous stadium, and the accompanying Museo del Fútbol Club Barcelona.

What we liked the most

  • Each room has a large window to let in lots of natural light.
  • The bathroom is modern and well lit, with shower, sink and toilet in a separate room for added convenience.
  • The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
  • The Universitat de Barcelona is 20-minutes away using the metro.
  • There is heating and AC, to keep you comfortable year round.

Things to keep in mind

  • Although there is a washing machine, there is no dryer so clothes will need to be hung up to dry.
  • There is no parking, but there is public transport nearby.
