Located in the district of Poble-sec is this cozy 2-bedroom apartment available to rent. The 80 m² apartment has a spacious open-plan living room and kitchen at the center. The kitchen corner comes fully equipped, with a bar stool to create a breakfast bar. The living room is furnished with a couch, glass dining table, and flat-screen TV. There is also an attached balcony, which is ideal for enjoying Barcelona's sunny days.

Poble-sec is a neighborhood located near the beach and the city center but still with a life of its own. On Carrer de les Palaudaries you are just minutes away from lovely parks, bars, and restaurants. You are also about a 15-minute walk to the popular El Raval and Barri Gòtic areas. Living here you are surrounded by the best of what Barcelona has to offer!

What we liked the most

  • The living room balcony is the perfect place to get some fresh air and enjoy the city atmosphere.
  • There is an AC unit to keep you cool during summer.
  • The windows are double glazed to block out the street noise.
  • You have a washing machine and dryer.

Things to keep in mind

  • There is a wardrobe in the living room that can be used for bedroom 1.
