This spacious 1-bedroom apartment on Carrer del Vidre, in charming El Gótico, is beautifully decorated and comes equipped with AC. The spacious 70 ​m² property has 1 bathroom with a bathtub, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, and a stylish living area. There are also 3 balconies with lovely street views.

The apartment boasts an unbeatable location, just around the corner from La Rambla and just steps from Plaça Reial. This charming and central neighbourhood offers plenty to see and do, and the metro stops 4 minutes away to take you around the city.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment has several large windows that let in plenty of natural light.
  • Both the living area and bedroom have high ceilings and plenty of free space to move around.
  • Clothilde the homecheker told us that she really loved this property.
  • The apartment has been beautifully renovated while maintaining its historical charm.
  • La Boqueria market, Basílica de Santa Maria del Pi, and the cathedral are a short walk away.
  • You will find numerous tapas bars and restaurants to explore nearby.
  • Pompeu Fabra University is 5 minutes away on foot.

Things to keep in mind

  • There is no wardrobe in the bedroom, but there are 3 built-in wardrobes in the hallway.
  • The apartment is located in the heart of El Gótico, but there are double glazed windows to isolate street noise.
