Spotahome's opinion

This is a classy 1-bedroom apartment on the 4th floor of a bock of apartments in the heart of Barceloneta, Barcelona's seaside town!

The apartment has a lot of floor space and an open-plan layout. There is a full kitchen including an oven, electric stove and dishwasher, and also a dining table and chairs. The living area also has a lot of wall decorations for character, a double sofa and access to the private balcony. There is a separate space for the bathroom, which is nicely tiled with a shower, toilet, sink and it also houses a washing machine.

The bedroom is on a raised platform and also has a sliding door to separate it from the rest of the property. There is a big double bed and a built-in wardrobe. there are also exterior windows to provide a lot of natural light to the sleeping area.

Barceloneta is about as close as you get to the beach in Barcelona. This is a quaint residential area with a great selection of food and drinks!

What we liked the most

  • There is an open-plan vibe to the apartment.
  • You have lots of floor place to enjoy.
  • The bedroom area is separated from the living area by a sliding door - perfect for privacy.
  • Barceloneta is a great neighbourhood.
  • The beach is almost TOO close!! So tempting...
