This 45 m², 1-bedroom apartment is available for rent in Poble-Sec, Barcelona. There is a living room with lots of shelving - perfect for book lovers! It also has a sofa and a wall-mounted, flat-screen television. Luckily the sofa is very comfortable, so it's a great place to read all the books on your shelves! The kitchen has a small dining table and chairs, a breakfast bar, and an oven. There is also a washing machine in the bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed, several standalone wardrobes, and a gorgeous antique-style desk. The room also opens out onto a small balcony that consists of a sofa to allow you to sit in and enjoy the sun.

This apartment is located in a side street and so is a bit more quiet than a main road. There are several restaurants nearby, as well as a drug store and lots of hairdressers. There is also a large discount supermarket within a few minutes' walk of the apartment, and several large parks.

What we liked the most

  • We loved the outside seating area in the bedroom.
  • The living room has multiple shelves for you to store your books!
  • There is both a dining table and a breakfast bar.
  • The apartment is down a side street, so will be more quiet than a main road.

Things to keep in mind

  • The apartment is on the 4th floor and there is no elevator.
