This 73 m² apartment on Carrer de Riego, in the neighbourhood of Sants, has a fully equipped kitchen, a modern and nicely tiled full bathroom, and an additional toilet room. The spacious and bright open plan kitchen and living area opens out onto a sunny terrace with lovely views.

The apartment is located in a well-connected area, just 4 minutes the Metro and 7 minutes from Barcelona Sants trains station. The sprawling Montjuïc park is located nearby, and you will find shops, restaurants, and a movie theatre within walking distance.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment has several large windows that let in plenty of natural light.
  • The spacious 15 m² terrace comes with a table and chairs for a meal outdoors.
  • There is AC and gas heating to keep you comfortable throughout the year.
  • The living area is stylishly furnished including a comfortable sofa and dining table.
  • The kitchen comes with all the equipment you need to cook.
  • You will find pizzerias, middle eastern restaurants, an ice cream parlour, and tapas bars within a 5-minute walk of the apartment.
  • The Spain Industrial Park is a short walk away.

Things to keep in mind
