This 2-bedroom apartment on Carrer de la Mare de Déu dels Angels, in El Coll, has been nicely renovated and can accommodate up to 3 tenants. The 40 m² property has an open plan kitchen and living area with a dining table, and there is 1 modern bathroom.

The apartment is located in a charming and tranquil residential area, close to the Metro, shops, and all the essential amenities. The lovely Parc de La Creueta del Coll, home to a public pool, is located nearby, and you can also walk to the popular Park Güell in 15 minutes.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment is nicely decorated and very cozy.
  • The flat screen television can be enjoyed from a comfortable sofa or the dining table.
  • The sofa converts into a double bed, ideal to welcome visitors.
  • The bathroom is nicely tiled and offers storage space for your toiletries.
  • The kitchen is modern and equipped with all the essentials.
  • You will find a pizzeria, bakeries, pharmacy and a couple of supermarkets within a 5-minute walk.

Things to keep in mind

  • The bedrooms do not have wardrobes.
  • Bedroom 2 is interior and does not receive much natural light.
  • The apartment is on the 3rd floor with no elevator.
