A gorgeous 3-bedroom apartment with a balcony is available to rent in Eixample, just steps from the iconic Sagrada Familia. The property has a sunny living room with a cool wall mural, where you can relax on the sofa and watch TV, share a meal with family or flatmates at the large dining table, or step out onto the balcony for a cold drink on a warm, sunny day.

The kitchen has all the essentials, including an oven, a 4-burner electric stove, a dishwasher, and a microwave. To the back of the kitchen, you'll also find a washing machine and a dryer. All the bedrooms are bright and spacious, with either a double bed or twin beds. There are 2 full bathrooms in the apartment, 1 of which is ensuite to Bedroom 1.

You'll be living in La Dreta de l’Eixample, just a 5-minute walk from Gaudí's incredible Sagrada Familia. Around the area, you'll also find lots of restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops to enjoy. And, for anything you can't find around the neighborhood, the nearby Metro will take you wherever you want to go!
