A stylish and pet-friendly 3-bedroom apartment with a balcony and parking is available to rent near the Metro in Horta-Guinardó. The property has a spacious living room with gorgeous wood floors and a unique wall mural, where you can relax on the big sofa and watch TV with family or flatmates, enjoy a delicious meal at the large dining table, or step out onto the incredible balcony for some fresh air on a warm day.

The kitchen has all the essentials, including a 4-burner stove, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, and all the cutlery and crockery you might need. All the bedrooms are spacious and have lots of natural light, as well as either a single or double bed. The apartment has 2 bathrooms, 1 of which is ensuite to Bedroom 2.

You'll be living in Horta-Guinardó, a tranquil, residential area to the north of Barcelona's city center. Here, you'll be right nearby the hospital, as well as plenty of restaurants, bars, cafes, shops, and small parks.
