This 58m² property has A/C, a washing machine, and a well-lit bathroom with standing shower.

Located in on the border of Sant Andreu and Nou Barris, you are within 5 minutes of countless restaurants and a supermarket. La Maquinista shopping centre is just a 15 minute bus ride away; the nearest metro is just an 8-minute walk away. There are plenty of parks and recreational spaces just down the street.

What we liked the most
