This bright 1-bedroom apartment for rent on Passeig Isabel II, in central El Born, offers plenty of space, sunlight and amazing street-views. The 60 m² property has a spacious kitchen and living area, double bedroom, bathroom, and dressing room, which can be used as extra storage.

Situated in El born, this property is right in the heart of an area with plenty of restaurants, bars and cafés, as well as plenty of public transport to get around the city. You can also walk to the beach in 14 minutes.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment has several large windows which let in a lot of natural light.
  • The kitchen and living area are very spacious and open.
  • There is ample storage throughout the apartment.
  • There are 3 separate A/C units for heating/cooling in the kitchen, living room and bedroom respectively.
  • The apartment enjoys a fantastic central location, close to the best the city has to offer.

Things to keep in mind

  • There is an elevator in the building, but it doesn't stop at the first floor, and so you will need to use the stairs.
  • The double bed is actually 2 single beds positioned together.
