This spacious 2-bedroom attic for rent on Ronda del Guinardó, Horta-Guinardó, is modern and open, equipped with A/C, as well as a balcony off the living room. This 68 m² property has a large living area, equipped kitchen, modern bathroom, laundry, and 1 double and 1 twin bedroom.

Located in the Horta-Guinardó area, this property has all the benefits of living in a quiet area, while also being close to the heart of the city. The nearest supermarket is just a 3-minute walk, and a 10-minute walk will take you to a wide range of restaurants, bars and cafés.

What we liked the most

  • The washing machine is in a separate laundry room, creating more space in the kitchen.
  • The bathroom is very modern, and is equipped with a large shower, all of which is newly installed.
  • The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you need to cook, as well as a table and chairs.
  • The bedrooms both have built-in wardrobes, offering plenty of storage space. Bedroom 2 has a couple of security boxes for storage of valuable items.
  • The living area is very open, with a fold-out sofa bed, and television.
  • The property is located in a quiet area, with quick access on the Metro to the city centre.

Things to keep in mind
