This modern 3-bedroom apartment on Passatge de Maiol, La Dreta de l'Eixample, has a kitchen and living area equipped with a couch, dining table for 4, and TV. From this room 2 double doors lead out onto a private terrace with another table to seat 4, as well as the washer and dryer.

This apartment is located a stone's throw away from the famous La Sagrada Familia. It is in the middle of a beautiful part of Barcelona surrounded by stunning architecture and quaint streets. Nearby are many restaurants, cafes and bars as well as a supermarket less than a 5-minute walk away. This part of the city has a lot of small parks and green spaces as well as good access to public transport.

What we liked the most

  • There is beautiful décor throughout the stylish apartment.
  • The exposed brick throughout the apartment gives it its own unique feel.
  • The apartment is well lit with beautiful light fixtures.
  • The 2 tall wooden doors leading out to the terrace are gorgeous and light up the living area.
  • This apartment has high ceilings and rafters and gives a very open living style.
  • The apartment enjoys an excellent location, close to some of the best the city has to offer.

Things to keep in mind

  • There are 2 sleeping areas in addition to the master bedroom. The 1st sleeping area has 2 single beds, and 2nd one has a double bed. They are both located on semi-enclosed mezzanine levels.
