This 1-bedroom apartment is bright, spacious and located in one of the trendiest neighborhood of Barcelona. It comes with sleek and modern kitchen. The living room has ample of space and opens up to the balcony which has a great street view of the neighborhood. You will have your own bedroom which has elegant and minimalist decor with large windows that let in a lot of natural light.

The location is surrounded by a lot of restaurants and bars such as Artte, Plata Bar, where you can have really cool cocktails. It is ideal for students who are studying in EADA Business School since it is located only 5 minutes away, by foot. There are also several things to do nearby such as going to the theatre at Teatre La Villaroel or take salsa classes in Antilla Salsa Disco.

What we liked the most

  • We love that the apartment is very spacious in all the rooms.
  • The balcony not only gives great view but also provides lot of natural light.
  • It is located in a very trendy neighborhood so you will always have things to do.
  • While you will be living in the city center, there are also parks such as Jardin dÉmma within 5 minutes walk, so you can have the best of both worlds in this location.
