Spotahome's opinion

A top quality two bedroom apartment with one bathroom located on the first floor. This white and crisp flat offers everything you can possibly need for a relaxed and pleasurable stay. The total floor area is 60sqm.

What we liked the most

This flat is all about comfort and convenience:

  • It is fully equipped with modern appliances including an oven, a large fridge/freezer, a flat screen TV, a coffee maker, a washing machine and a microwave. You will love the added convenience of having a dishwasher and a dryer.

  • Power, water and Wi-Fi costs are included in the monthly rent, making budgeting easy.

  • Ben linen and towels are also provided.

  • There are two lovely balconies, one in bedroom two and one in the living room, allowing you to step outside for fresh air or you can even use the space to grow some plants.

Things to keep in mind

  • Bedroom number two has a single bed and a double bed, ideal for welcoming guests.
  • Both rooms overlook the street, however you won't hear much street noise, as they are fitted with quality glass that insulates the noise.
  • There is only one bathroom, but it has two separate toilets.
