Spotahome's opinion

This two bedroom apartment with one bathroom is brand new and very neat. It is exterior and very sunny, facing Creu Cuberta street in the Sants neighborhood. This well-connected area is about 10 minutes away from the city centre by metro. The apartment is located a short walk away from gorgeous Parc de Joan Miró and Plaça Espanya, one of Barcelona's most important squares and also a main transport hub. The total floor area is 55 sqm.

What we liked the most

  • This apartment is brand new and equipped with modern furniture and appliances.
  • The open plan kitchen/living area is bright and sunny.
  • There is one lovely and sunny balcony with gorgeous street views which can be accessed from the living area and the master bedroom

Things to keep in mind

  • Bedroom 1 has a roll out bed and there is a sofa bed in the living area, perfect for welcoming guests.
