This welcoming home is exterior and very bright, and has a total floor area of 65 sqm. This fantastic apartment will make a great home for a group of friends or a small family wanting to live in a well-connected residential area where you can experience the real Barcelona.

What we liked the most

  • As soon as you enter this apartment, you will step into the large and sunny open plan kitchen and dinning area. This pleasant room is a great space to relax and socialise with friends or family.
  • There is a large balcony that is accessed through the living area, overlooking the picturesque tree-lined street, great for people watching.
  • The kitchen is modern and very well equipped, and has the added convenience of having a dishwasher.

Things to keep in mind

  • The landlord has several apartments in this building with similar facilities and layout to this one.
  • Both rooms are interior and face an interior patio, making them peaceful and quiet.
