This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment available to rent is located on Passeig d’Isabel II in Barcelona’s trendy El Born district. The 105 m² property is stylish with modern decor and amenities. The entrance hall leads you to a spacious living room and kitchen that opens up onto a balcony. The living room area has 2 comfy sofas, a rug and coffee table, and an entertainment center with plenty of shelving. There is a small partition that separates the kitchen, which is fully equipped and has a large dining table. Both bedrooms also open up onto private balconies, one of which also has an en-suite bathroom.

El Born is full of beautiful pedestrian streets, trendy shops and restaurants, and is also home to Santa Maria del Mar, an absolutely beautiful site in Barcelona. This neighborhood is perfect for those looking to live in a great area that’s within walking distance of other neighborhoods in the historic center and is also near the UB (Universitat de Barcelona) and Universitat Pompeu Fabra campuses in the center of the city, perfect for postgraduate students at those campuses.
