This top quality exterior one bedroom apartment is charming and full of character. It has been recently renovated and features lovely parquet floors, freshly painted walls, high ceilings and big windows. Ideally located in the Barri Gotic, on Ferran street, an important street in the centre of Barcelona linking the Ramblas to both Plaça Sant Jaume and Via Laietana. This apartment is located minutes away from Plaza Real, a stunning square which is popular with tourists and locals alike, offering a fantastic atmosphere and an excellent selection of bars, clubs and tapas restaurants located under arched walkways. A three minute walk will take you to station Liceu, providing you access to the Barcelona metro system.

What we liked the most

  • This stunning home is tastefully decorated throughout using a clever combination of bright accessories and neutral colours creating a fun and pleasant ambience.
  • As you enter through the front door, you will step into the spacious and sunny open plan living room and kitchen. This stunning room is a cozy space where you can entertain friends, watch the news on the flat screen TV or simply relax in the sofa with a book.
  • This apartment has a lovely balcony overlooking Ferran street.
  • There is a second TV in the bedroom.
  • The kitchen is fully equipped with a great range of top quality appliances including a fridge, an oven, a stove and a microwave.

Things to keep in mind

  • The owner of this apartment owns several apartments within this building with the same facilities, layout and design as this one.
  • The sofa in the living area converts into a bed.
