This stunning two bedroom exterior apartment will take your breath away. It offers one bathroom, a living area, a modern kitchen and three balconies. With lovely parquet floors, big windows and superbly equipped, this gorgeous home will make you feel right at home as soon as you walk through the front door. This apartment is centrally located on Career Ferran, a picturesque street in the Barri Gotic. A short walk will take you to Plaza Real, a stunning square which is popular with tourists and locals alike, offering a fantastic atmosphere and an excellent selection of bars, clubs and tapas restaurants located under arched walkways. This apartment is also located three minutes away from metro station Liceu.

What we liked the most

  • This totally refurbished home is absolutely stunning. It is full of character being in an old building which has been modernised to a high standard while keeping its historic charm. We love the detail of the brick wall which adds a lovely rustic touch.
  • Bedroom one is equipped with a double bed, and bedroom two has twin beds, making this apartment a great option for families.
  • The kitchen is fully equipped with a great range of top quality appliances including a fridge, an oven, a stove and a microwave.
  • This apartment gets plenty of natural light and has three balconies overlooking the picturesque streets of this world-renowned neighborhood.

Things to keep in mind

  • The sofa bed in the living area converts into a bed.
