Spotahome's opinion

This three bedroom, two bathroom apartment is cozy, practical and very elegant. It is also very spacious, spreading out over three floors, with the living room, kitchen and bedroom 1 on the ground floor, bedrooms 2 and 3 and the two bathrooms downstairs, and the large terrace on the top floor. One of the nicest features of this apartment is having access to a lovely shared garden within the apartment complex, where you will also find a communal swimming pool. Located on Ballester street, in the elegant neighborhood of Gràcia, this apartment is within walking distance to the town centre, while being away from the tourist crowds. With one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms, this apartment is a great option for families.

What we liked the most

  • The private terrace is very large, and equipped with a dining table, chairs and two sun lounges.
  • Bedroom 2 has an ensuite bathroom and a really nice balcony overlooking the street.
  • The kitchen is equipped with brand new appliances, and a good range of glasses, plates and cooking utensils.
  • For added convenience, there is a washing machine and a dryer in the apartment, so you will be able to do your laundry fast and efficiently.
  • Cleaning up after dinner will be a breeze, with a handy dishwasher in the kitchen.
  • You can ensure that your family is nice and cozy throughout the year, as this apartment has central air-conditioning and natural gas heaters throughout.

Things to keep in mind

  • Bedrooms 1 and 3 are small, but they both have single beds with roll out beds underneath, which can be put away when not in use to free up space.
