A stunning three bedroom apartment with two bathrooms extending over two floors. The living area, kitchen, one bathroom and bedroom 1 are on the ground floor, and the two bedrooms and the other bathroom are upstairs. This exterior apartment is on a very nice building featuring a shared landscaped courtyard and a swimming pool. It enjoys of a great location on Ballester street, in the picturesque neighborhood of Gràcia, within walking distance to shops, restaurants and bars. Exploring other corners of the city will be easy, with several bus stops and metro stations located a short walk away.

What we liked the most

  • This apartment is decorated using an attractive combination of grey, dark wood and modern furniture, creating a contemporary and vibrant look.
  • Bedroom 1 has access to a nice patio furnished with a small table with two chairs.
  • Bedroom 2 is large and sunny, and has a door providing direct access to the bathroom.
  • There is plenty of space to store your personal items, as every bedroom has its own wardrobe.
  • The living area offers a large sofa where all the family can get together to watch a movie on the flat screen TV, and also a dining table with six chairs for a shared meal.

Things to keep in mind

  • Bedrooms 1 and 3 have single beds with another roll-out bed underneath.
