This 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom exterior apartment is located on Carrer Creu Roja in the L'Hospitalet de Llobregat district of Barcelona. This second most densely populated city in Catalonia is famous for housing Barcelona FC's Camp Nou. The stadium is located a mere 12-minute walk from the apartment, so soccer fans rejoice! Though outside of the Barcelona center, L'Hospitalet de Llobregat is well-connected to the city. There is a metro station 5-minutes walking distance from the property, so tenants have easy access to different areas of Catalonia. The total area of this apartment is 80 m2.

What we liked the most

  • The living room is very big; there is a dining area to the side where tenants can enjoy a nice meal.
  • Two of the bedrooms have built-in wardrobes (bedroom 1 and 3).
  • The kitchen is quite spacious and well-equipped. There is a lot of storage space
  • The bathroom is completely renovated so it's clean and modern.
  • There is a sunny balcony with a comfortable chair, so tenants can read a book or have coffee.

Things to keep in mind

  • Bedroom 1 has two single beds, but they can be put together to create a double bed.
