There are 2 balconies overlooking the pedestrian street below, in the living room and bedroom. The bedroom has a sliding door, which you can leave open for a more open layout, and has a walk-in storage area and en-suite bathroom. There is a combined kitchen and living room, allowing you to cook, dine, and entertain all at once.

The apartment is located on Carrer dels Mirallers, in El Born, within walking distance to some of the city's main landmarks such as the large Parc de la Ciutadella, the beach, the Cathedral and the stunning Basílica de Santa Maria del Mar. You are less than 5 minutes away from a train and Metro station, and there are several bus lines stopping within blocks from the property.
