Located on Carrer de Verdi, this 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment is beautifully decorated and comes well-equipped. Amenities of the apartment include a washing machine, dryer, oven, and dishwasher; you'll also have a balcony that looks over the neighboring areas. There are two highlights of this gorgeous flat: the first is the living room, decorated with sleek, dark pieces of furniture that contrast well with the white walls; the second is the common rooftop terrace that has views of the Sagrada Familia. The neighborhood of the apartment, Gracia, is at once local, bohemian, and a city favorite: the artsy district has everything from international cuisine to boutiques to keep you occupied day in and day out! This 90 m2 property with all bills included is truly a gem.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment is absolutely beautiful- from the dark parquet flooring to the high ceilings, we love the colors and pieces used to decorate the flat.
  • The bathroom is very modern and has access to the balcony.
  • The balcony looks over the quiet surrounding areas.
  • The living room is our favorite aspect- the luminous space, furnished with a black couch, is a truly relaxing space.
  • The living room and bedroom 1 are equipped with A/C units to keep tenants cool during the hot Barcelona summers.
  • The apartment comes very well equipped with extra amenities such as a dryer and dishwasher.
  • All utilities are included in the rental price.
  • Gracia is an artsy neighborhood, popular with locals and tourists alike. You'll love living here!

Things to keep in mind

  • There is a common walk-in closet that is to be used by tenants of both bedrooms.
  • The building does not have an elevator, so tenants will get fit going up the stairs!
