This apartment is located on the 5th floor of a building which is equipped with an elevator. It has A/C for heating and electric water heating. You can dry your clothes inside the apartment. Wi-Fi is installed and activated in the property. Parking is available for extra 100€ + tax. Please note that the Wi-Fi speed is limited, however, it can be negotiated with the landlord.

Spotahome is proud to present a modern 1 bedroom 2 bathroom exterior apartment, located on Passeig de Calvell in the area of Villa Olimpica, just moments away from the beach. This pet friendly apartment is bright, featuring large windows throughout, allowing plenty of natural light. The 61m2 apartment consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a living area with a sofa bed, a comfortable bedroom with a double bed and two bathrooms, one equipped with a shower and one with a bathtub. All utility bills are included in the rent and the tenants will also be provided with AC, bed linen, towels and kitchen utensils. The tenants will also have access to a fantastic rooftop with an outdoor swimming pool. This charming area is full of smaller parks and, of course, the Barcelona beach - perfect during the summer or all year round!

What we liked the most

  • The apartment has two bathrooms, one equipped with a shower and one with a bathtub.
  • All utilities are included in the rent and the tenants will be provided with bed linen as well as all necessary amenities.
  • The building has access to a rooftop terrace with outdoor swimming pool and fantastic views.
  • The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed with an under bed storage as well as a large wardrobe.
  • Air conditioning is provided, a very much needed feature during a summer in Barcelona.
  • The kitchen is fully equipped, complete with a dishwasher.
  • Good news for your furry friends - pets are allowed in this apartment!

The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
