This modern apartment features a bright living area with a television, a full kitchen with a dishwasher, two bathrooms (one en-suite) and three bedrooms, each furnished with two single beds. This stylish home is immaculate throughout and exquisitely decorated, offering a very comfortable living environment. Amenities provided include Wi-Fi, washing machine, dryer, and a flat screen television. The flat is also equipped with central air-conditioning and heating to ensure a pleasant stay throughout the year. Tenants also have access to a refreshing rooftop swimming pool, and parking can be arranged at an extra cost. The apartment for rent is located on Carrer del Ferrocarril, in the seaside neighbourhood of Villa Olímpica, surrounded by green spaces, restaurants and less than five minutes from the beach. This flat is exterior and has a floor area of 104 sqm. For added convenience, all utilities are included in the monthly rent, and bed linen and towels are provided.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment has access to a shared swimming pool and it is only minutes to Playa de la Mar Bella!
  • The kitchen is brand new and fully equipped for cooking, including an oven, stove, microwave and dishwasher.
  • The living area offers a dining table for five and a sitting area with a television.
  • All bedrooms are equipped with twin beds which can be put together to create a king-sized bed.
  • There is one shared bathroom and bedroom 2 has an en-suite.
  • The flat is equipped with central air-conditioning that can also be used as heating.
  • All rooms get plenty of natural light.

Things to keep in mind

  • Bedroom 3 does not have a wardrobe.
  • This is a non-smoking flat.

The English speaking landlord does not live on the property and requires one month rent as a deposit for stays of under six months, and two months rent as a deposit for stays of over six months. Smoking is not permitted but pets are allowed. Rent should be paid by credit card, cash or bank transaction. * Late check-in fee: €30 from 19:00 to 00:00. €50 after 00:00.
