This 75m2, 2-bedroom apartment is on the 4th floor of the building. The apartment is fully furnished with a large comfortable sofa, shelving, and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen and bathroom are quite spacious, great for 2 people.

Gràcia is a very young and lively neighborhood of Barcelona. Here you will find great boutiques and many international food options. This area has a lot of plazas and a small town feel, so if you're looking for friendly neighbors in a big city, this is the place!

What we liked the most

  • The apartment is an ático, the last floor of the building, so it has great views of the city.
  • The apartments seems to have small windows, but they actually let in a lot of light.
  • There is a little storage area next to the living room, that lets in a lot of light.
  • The kitchen is fully equipped with a double sink, microwave, gas stove, oven, and washing machine.
  • The common areas are spacious.
  • The apartment is well-connected to the rest of the city by public transport.
  • The area is a lively neighbourhood​, full of boutiques, restaurants, and plazas.

Things to keep in mind

  • The apartment is on the 4th floor and the building does not have an elevator.
