A room is available to rent in a bright, 70m2, 3-bedroom apartment with AC situated just 4 minutes from Barcelona's Barceloneta beach. The apartment has a spacious, fully equipped kitchen, and there is a living room which is the perfect place to spend time with the landlord and your other housemates.

This property is situated in one of Barcelona's best areas; Barceloneta. As a result, the apartment is within walking distance from the city centre, bars, nightclubs, and perhaps most importantly the beach. Tenants can walk just 8 minutes to reach Barceloneta metro station.

What we liked the most

  • This property is just 4 minutes from the beach, what a luxury.
  • Barceloneta metro station is 8 minutes from the apartment.
  • Parc de la Barceloneta is 8 minutes away and makes an excellent substitute for a back garden.
  • AC units are spread throughout the property—very useful for summer
  • Barcelona Cathedral is just 20 minutes away.
