There is an open-plan living area with an ultra-modern kitchen, dining area and living room, and wooden floors throughout. Without a doubt, this property's most impressive feature is the huge rooftop terrace with lots of seating.

The apartment is located in upscale Sarrià-Sant Gervasi, close to transport connections including buses, metro and suburban trains. The trendy neighbourhood of Gràcia is also within walking distance.

What we liked the most

  • Undoubtedly the most impressive feature is the huge terrace with lots of seating—ideal for summer evening gatherings.
  • We love the cool design features like the blackboard wall in the kitchen and the interesting ceilings.
  • The whole apartment has been decorated to an impeccable standard and feels fresh and contemporary.
  • The owner has her own bathroom so you would have the main bathroom mostly to yourself.
  • There is air conditioning.
