This 200 m², 5-bedroom apartment has massive rooms for rent. The apartment is extremely big, separated into 2 wings with the central room being the living room. The living room is very cozy and is for the tenants' private use. The other shared area, which is shared with the landlords, is the spacious kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with plenty of refrigerators to make sure you have your own space. There is 1 full bathroom to share.

The apartment is located in the very central and trendy neighborhood of El Born. Here you can find the beautiful Santa Maria del Mar church and the Mercat del Born. The apartment is just 5 minutes to the nearest metro stop and is surrounded by many beautiful parks, including Ciutadella.

What we liked the most

  • The bedrooms are extremely spacious and have high ceilings and floor-length windows.
  • Bedroom 1 has a very large enclosed balcony with beautiful stained-glass style windows.
  • Bedroom 2 has a double bed, a single bed and a private balcony.
  • There is also an interior patio – perfect to hang dry your clothes.
  • The living room is for the tenants' private use and is furnished with a couch, book shelf, and TV.
  • The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, gas stove, oven, double sink, dishwasher, 2 refrigerators, and a dining table.
  • There is a separate laundry room equipped with a washing machine and 2 refrigerators.
  • The bathroom is renovated and has a large bathtub.
  • The apartment is only 5 minutes to the nearest metro stop and is within walking distance to Ciutadella park.
